Resetting a Queens NetID
Effective today (2013 August 13), Queens ITServices will provide the campus with more ways to get the job done!
Resetting a NetID will now be done through our ITServices Support Centre. Anyone with a Queen's NetID can call us, and once we have verified your identification, we will proceed to reset your password.
Ways to get your NetID Password reset:
Self Service Password Reset Tool:
If you have provided answers to your Challenge Questions and an alternate non-Queen's email address, you can go to the Self Service Password Reset Form at https://netid.queensu.ca/forgotpassword, to reset your password at any time.
Learning Commons Desk:
Come to the IT HelpDesk at the Learning Commons desk in Stauffer Library with photo ID and we will reset your password when we are available (Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. & 1 - 4 p.m.)
Call 36666 - NEW NEW NEW NEW!!!
Any Queen's Staff, Faculty and Student can call 36666, and we will ask you some identifying questions before we reset your NetID password. (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
ITAdmin Reps:
ITAdmin Reps can submit a request to have a NetID password reset for someone in their department by calling 36666 or by filling out the form on the ITAdmin restricted resources page: http://www.queensu.ca/its/itadmin/computing/restricted.html.
